Measuring Gasket or Flange

Full Face:

1. Measure I.D.

2. Measure O.D.

3. Measure bolt hole or bolt diameter (add 1/8" to bolt diameter for bolt hole measurement)

4. Count the number of bolts

5. Measure the bolt circle

6. Measure gasket thickness

Ring:

1. Measure I.D.

2. Measure BC I.D. or Measure BC And Subtract One Bolt Hole From BC Measurement

3. Measure gasket thickness

*If the gasket is confined allow for manufactures tolerances by increasing the I.D. and decreasing   the O.D.  between 1/16" to 1/8" depending on gasket style and/or size.
