Site Terms and Product Warranty

Welcome to Universal Products eBusiness electronic order entry system.  An Account Number (Login ID) and Password for accessing your eCatalog will be assigned your company upon the receipt of a completed Site Terms Agreement.  Accounts granted approved status will receive their unique Account Number and Password via email and/or fax.  This account number and password will allow your company to purchase our products on our secure site electronically 24-7, 365 days per year. Payment for these products will require an approved credit card or a Purchase Order Number for open accounts upon completion of each transaction.

Payment Terms: Net 30 days; invoices not paid after thirty days will incur 1 1/2% interest per month.

Universalproducts.net's eBusiness catalog provider is willing to establish an ecommerce business relationship provided your company recognizes and agrees that its eBusiness concepts, programming, tools, and the application of such are made available only for material purchasing purposes and that they are the exclusive property of universalproducts.net's eBusiness contract partner.  Your company must further agree to not copy, duplicate by facsimile the site, or its structure, or open the site to unauthorized users.

Fax orders, 253-322-9076, will receive prompt attention. However, our response time to your request may be delayed due to processing and credit approval delays.

Warranty

Universalproducts.net's products are warranted to the original purchaser, for a period of (90) days from the date of receipt of delivery, to be free from defects in material and workmanship and to render satisfactory performance provided they are properly installed and are used for the purposes and in the manner for which they were designed.  Any claim on account of defect in the product shall be deemed waived by the purchaser unless written notice thereof is given to Universalproducts.net within ten (10) days of discovery. 

Remedy

The purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty and to the extent permissible, for any claim of negligence, shall be, at Universalproduct.net's option, either:

     Universalproducts.net shall under no circumstances, be liable for incidental or consequential          
   damages for economic loss, for damages or loss to persons or property.
