Garlock 5000-PBI*

By utilizing Style 5000’s carbon yarn capabilities and adding the advantages of PBI, we created 5000-PBI.  This new carbon packing is reinforced with a high-performance organic fiber, which enables it to be very resistant to abrasion.  Style 5000-PBI can be used against strong caustics, acids, stock, bleach, hypo, and slurries encountered in the pulp and paper, food processing, and waste/water treatment industries.
