The sampling system connected to the pneumatic system to open and close the piston.

DESCRIPTION

The sampling capsule, screwed onto the end of the dip-pipe, is introduced into the reactor at the required depth. The PTFE flanges, set with the o'ring, ensure the tightness of the dip-pipe. Even when the ball valve is opened, the reactor can stay under pressure or under vacuum.

The sample is extracted by activating the piston. A wash solvent cleans the dip-pipe when it is removed from the reactor. Before the dip-pipe is fully with-drawn, the ball valve is closed. The sampling capsule filled with liquid is unscrewed and brought to the laboratory.

      AUTOMATIC

Automatic :

The system is fully automatic. The top of the dip-pipe is connected to a driving belt which moves up and down. The belt and on/off ball valve are operated pneumatically.
